She / Her
I am a Person-Centered therapist that believes each individual has the capacity for positive growth. I focus on my client’s positive qualities and strengths and help them generate solutions to their problems. I will work with a client to construct a new and better reality.
I utilize brief solution focused strategies, cognitive behavioural techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and sensorimotor work in combination with relaxation and guided imagery. I incorporate an integrative approach that is relationship driven. Through self-evaluation, I assist clients in understanding themselves better. I work with clients to identify their unique abilities and focus on ways to solve problems that arise. I trust in their capacity to find solutions and access their inner strengths. I teach them coping skills and strategies.
A little about me! I was born and raised in Edmonton. I am a wife and mother of 2 adult children. I love traveling, music, art, dance and entertainment of all kinds. I enjoy reading, family, friends, laughing and kindness. I like to go for long walks in nature, practice yoga and do word and jigsaw puzzles.

I would love to travel to Egypt to visit the pyramids.
A bird, so I could greet the morning with song and fly above the earth.
Walking in nature.
I create mosaic art out of broken china and found objects.
